About me

I am a Ph.D. in Computer Science student at University of Southern California, advised by Professor Cyrus Shahabi. Recently, I received M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology (Machine Learning Specialization), advised by Professor Diyi Yang. Before that, I received B.S. in Computer Science, and in Data Science and Technology (double major and First-Class Honors, the highest honor) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. My research interests include conditional sequence generation and the adaption of LLMs to the spatio-temporal domain.

My interest in NLP began when I did a project regarding text classification with statistical learning, supervised by Hsin-Hsi Chen from National Taiwan University. Afterwards, I followed my interest to research-intern in Academia Sinica under Keh-Yih Su’s supervision, focusing on text generation with Transformer-based models and GAN. Recently, I worked on two more projects in fake news detection and temporal-aware graph-based sequential recommendation with Raymond Chi-Wing Wong from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Here is my CV.

When I am not writing code, I sew and bake.
